Option a) is ideal for organisations that lack the resource to manage the tendering process in house.  We undertake this work either at your own premises or via e-mail contact.

Option b) is the better choice for those organisations wishing to learn the art of completing PQQs and Tender documents for themselves.  We will start by spending time getting to know how your business or organisation works, identifying those areas of weakness that prevent you from winning contracts.  The people who evaluate your bids can only build up a picture of you as a supplier from what you write.  And it can be very difficult to portray a compelling image purely using the written word. 

We can show you how to write about your organisation in a way that will show you in the best possible light, thus helping to increase your score when PQQs and Tenders are evaluated.  We will give you training in how best to answer the questions and then, when you work on a “live” document, we will evaluate your answers and give you pointers on how to improve them. 

By using this option your need for our help will gradually lessen until you feel sufficiently confident to manage the whole process independently.  We can offer a “pay as you go” fee structure for this work.
