Get Fit for Tendering
So let’s assume that you have worked out which public sector bodies you wish to target, that you know up to what value contract you can try for and that you have registered with supply2.gov and other websites for information about contract opportunities.
What do you do when the opportunities start to arrive?
Well, the first step is to make sure your organisation has everything ready to impress procurement officers when they evaluate your contract bids. But before you start to complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) or tender, you must have certain documents in place. These are the minimum requirements for any contract above the EU threshold of £156,442. For lower value contracts, the requirements are generally less stringent: the lower the value, the fewer the hoops to jump through.
